File requirements: .Eps, .cdr, .ai, .pdf format files in CMYK color mode, 300dpi, all fonts should be converted to curves/outlines. 3-4mm bleed. All cards should be separate files. Separate files / Pages per card on actual sized page, with crop marks and bleed outside the live area. |
| Q. We will provide you with 3 D files to make custom game miniatures / figures. What format files will we provide you? |
| Our mould experts use UG or Pro/Engineer software. Please send us .dxf, .stp, .iges, .dwg format files. We prefer .dxf files to make physical moulds at our end. For some simple game pieces, sometimes even .jpg pictures with size details will be ok to make it’s mould in our factory. but you need give us .jpg pictures of front view, side view, top view and bottom view, so our experts can make prototypes or 3D files according to these .jpg pictures for your confirmation. |

| A. With our own facotries, and direct help from sister factoris, Ningbo Lijia Industry can manufacture almost all game components. Either you are in need of standard or custom game components, Ningbo Lijia can directly manufature and supply you setup box, game boards, game inserts, clam shells, tin box, note pads, plastic, metal and wood game pieces, variety of dice, pawns, dice shakers, spinner & arrows, card stands, chips, sand timers, drawstring bags, poker cards, dominos, game miniatures, game figurine, game tokens, folding cartons, tuck boxes, blister packs, POP displays, and everything related to this industry. |
| Q. Can Ningbo Lijia Industry help me with prototypes for my test play? |
| A. Usually not. As you know we are a direct Chinese manfuacturer and exporter with our main focus on production only. If you are not ready to go with mass production, you'd better turn to some company who mainly deal with designing or prototyping instead of real mass production. But we suggest you should directly do your prototypes by yourself. i.e. you can use digital printing for printing items, try to use some old game pieces from some old board game sets, etc. This DIY can meet your requirements of play testing, and will really save you much money and time. However,please feel free to contact us for prototypes needs. We will honestly work with you, giving you honest suggestion and manufacturing solution. |
| Q. Does Ningbo Lijia do full service for whole game sets? |
| A. Yes, we do printing, cut, injection, die-casting, vacuum forming, wood pieces manufacturing, assembling, everything concerned with board and card game industry. |
| Q. Once I have an approved spec. form or design, how long does it take to receive a quote? |
| A. Usually in two or three days. If urgent, in one day. |
| Q. What is the lead time for manufacturing in your company? |
| A. Preproduction samples of printing: 10 days upon receipt of your confirmed artworks and all design. Mass production time: 40 days. If urgent projects: 25 days upon confirmation of preproduction samples. Shipping time to The West of USA: 15 days. To East: 29 days. To European region: 30 days. Note: If your design was not double confirmed / finished before sending to us, maybe there will waste too much time. |
| Q. Does Ningbo Lijia Industry provide graphic design services? |
| A. No. We are only a direct Chinese manufacturer and exporter with main focus on producing top quality board and card game, game pieces etc. At this period, this company don’t supply you with graphic design services. but we can make a referral for you. |
| Q. Will Ningbo Lijia Industry provide pre-production samples? |
| A. Yes. Only after your confirmaitn of our preproduction samples, we can start our mass production. When mass production, mass production samples will be also available. |
| Q. We have finished our design. How we can send them to your company? |
| A. Both your FTP site and our FTP site will do. You also can use our mail server to send us files. Pls contact us for user name and password. | |
